BRC Rail currently has facilities in three locations: Lynchburg, VA, Elk Mills, MD, and Hinton, WV. The Lynchburg facility is a full-service, tank car certified shop, the Elk Mills facility has the same capabilities as the Lynchburg site with the exception of paint and linings, and the Hinton location specializes in freight cars inclusive of box cars, aluminum rapid discharge hoppers/tub gondolas, coal hoppers, dry bulk hoppers, and coil cars as well as other various types of freight cars. All locations are serviced by CSXT with convenient interchange to the NS. Between the three locations, approximately 1,500 cars are processed annually.
