Jennifer Mellinger was presented with a $500 scholarship check to Liberty University for her winner poster.  The check was presented by Debbie Montgomery, Executive Director, and Laurie Gulluscio, Director of Marketing & Membership.  The Buy Local Poster Contest was co-sponsored by Bank of the James.
