In partnership with VRMA, your employees can now take advantage of online training courses on a variety of subjects.The topics are categorized in the following series:

Some courses are even offered in Spanish. Since the courses are online, training can be done in your store or anywhere your employees can access the internet. Most courses take less than an hour to complete and prices for each course start at just $9.95/course – plus, volume discounts are available. You may start training today!



SCORE (Counselors to America’s Small Business)

Retail Merchants Association is partnering with SCORE to present our Region 2000 members and potential members with experienced volunteer business counselors. SCORE provides confidential advice and assistance to new or existing small businesses on request and at NO COST. Services include: Business Planning, Loan Assistance, Marketing, Legal Entity of your Business, Pricing Products/Services, and Financial Analysis.

How Healthy Is Your Business? SCORE has developed a brief questionnaire to help determine if you need to address key issues to keep your business healthy. The MBA in Retail Management program requires 36 credit hours, including an internship or independent consulting project with a retail organization. It is intended for retail professionals. Students may pursue the degree part-time or full-time.
